How can the ShoeCue help for standing and being on your feet all day? Do you ever have foot soreness at the end of a long day? This happens because of the the constant pressure from our body-weight on our feet, the same way our butts get sore from sitting too long! Most of us tend to stand with too much weight on our heels. This means we have all our body-weight going through a small surface area and thus it is a lot of pressure on that area! If we spread out this pressure over our whole foot, we will have less fatigue at the end of the day. The ShoeCue will give you a reminder to spread out the weight over your whole foot and stand in a better position.
PS. Pointy toed shoes are not ideal, we need to spread out our toes. That being said many people are required to wear them for work unfortunately.
